At Eagle Air, our first priority is our commitment to your safety for our customers, employees, and the surrounding communities safe. We are practicing extreme caution when it comes to the COVID-19 virus and we are closely monitoring and reviewing the current guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), and state and local authorities.
We are listed as an essential service and we are going to continue to operate during our regular business hours, performing our regular services. We are preparing for more stringent measures to be implemented by local and national government agencies. As of Monday, March 16th, 2020,Our technicians have been instructed to:
- Monitor their overall health and body temperatures each morning before they arrive to work.
- Wear protective safety masks, gloves (disposed after use at each job), and protective eye wear.
- Practice social distancing and to not make physical contact of any kind with customers. (No hand shakes)
- If they feel ill, they are to stay home, contact their doctor, and follow their doctor’s instructions.
- While fueling vehicles and using credit card swipers, our technicians have been instructed to wear disposable gloves to help minimize their risk of infection.
- If anyone who works for Eagle Air Conditioning becomes sick with COVID-19, the rest of the staff have been instructed to contact their doctors and request testing. Our heath care provider Kaiser has COVID-19 tests.
